I enjoy purchasing my phones from One Phone as the staff responds to my questions quickly and I can receive my order on the same day as long as I place my order before 6pm. Not to mention their very competitive pricing.

Having used a Galaxy Note 10 plus for the last 4 years, I noticed the S23 Ultra feels much heavier in comparison. The display is much brighter and vivid, not to mention the much improved camera. It definitely feels like a huge upgrade. I'm also very pleased seeing how quickly the phone charges using only a 25W charger (not included).

The only negative thing I would like to highlight is the absence of a silicon case for the back of the phone. For such a premium phone, I'm sure it's not difficult for Samsung to include one. After all, they did for my Note 10 plus 4 years ago. As a result, I had to wait 2 weeks till my online orders for a case arrived. So order your case well in advance if you're interested in this phone.
